1. Open any Office application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, or Access.
2. Click on File in the top-left corner.
3. In the left-hand menu, select Account
4. Click on Activate Product Key or Change Product Key.
5. Enter the 25-character product key in the format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX and follow the prompts to complete activation.

🔗 Note: Ensure your computer is connected to the internet during the activation process.

If Office displays a confirmation dialog like the one shown below after entering the key, simply click Next to finish:
