Important Note:

Before starting, check your OneDrive storage. If it shows 5GB, it means you do not have any active Microsoft 365 subscription.

Instructions:

• Step 1: Access the link


• Step 2: Enter the email to be upgraded


• Step 3: Log in. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up or link with any email type.


• Step 4: Accept the invitation by clicking "Join Now"
  • Case 1: The account already belongs to another family group.
    If you receive the message "You're already in a family group," follow these steps:
    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/family/home/settings.
    • Scroll down and select "Leave family group" to exit the old family group.
    • Go back to Step 1 and repeat the process from the beginning.
  • Case 2: "Invitation Expired".
    - If you clicked "Join Now" too many times, the invitation might expire.
    - Or, if you clicked on an invitation received via email, the system might also show an expiration error.
    ➤ Only use the official invitation sent by the system when purchasing from the store.


• Step 5: After a successful upgrade, you can log in to apps like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint to activate and use them. The subscription duration is counted from the purchase date until expiration based on the registered period.
