Step 1: Log in to your Adobe account

• Go to Adobe.com
• Click Sign In to log in (if you are already logged in, please log out and log in again to ensure proper access).

Step 2: Perform the necessary actions

• Select Join Team
• Select Keep files in your personal cloud
• Confirm the action -> Wait for the system to load for a few minutes
• Select Profile [The profile name will be provided by the shop upon purchase]

Step 3: Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud

• Download the application at: Adobe Creative Cloud
• Install the application, then log in using the account from Step 1.
• Re-select Profile as instructed in Step 2 to start using Adobe software.

Important Notes:

• Do not change the original email of the account.
• Cloud data is not covered under warranty.
• Always open software through the Adobe Creative Cloud application to avoid being logged out.
  • If the account is logged out, simply log in again with the same account to continue using it as normal.
  • This usually happens when you close the software improperly or due to temporary connection issues.

How to fix account logout issues:

• Close all Adobe applications (PS, AE, PR, LR...) -> Open only Adobe Creative Cloud and log in again (if logged out) -> Open software directly from within Adobe Creative Cloud to verify the license.

Warranty Responsibility:

If a customer deliberately violates the above notes, leading to the loss of the service package, the shop will not be responsible.
